Position Summary
Do you love creating unforgettable first impressions? Join our team as a Host aboard our scenic passenger vessel and help support front-of-house operations while delivering exceptional service and memorable moments on the water.
What You'll Do

Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Support the Restaurant Manager and front-of-house team with daily cruise operations.
Assist with deck setup, package placement, table assignments, and service preparation.
Greet and seat guests to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
Assist Servers and Server Assistants during service.
Provide guests with information about menus, packages, entertainment, cruise routes, and points of interest.
Assist with post-cruise cleanup and maintain clean, organized service areas.
Help ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout the cruise.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Positive attitude with excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable lifting and moving furniture or supplies.
Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
