The role:
We’re looking for a versatile front-of-house team member who enjoys moving between roles and keeping the dining room running smoothly. This position covers three areas:
Host
Welcome guests warmly, manage the waitlist and reservations, and seat tables
Answer phones and take takeout orders accurately
Manage delivery orders on the tablet and package takeout to our standards
Food Runner
Run food from the kitchen to the table quickly and accurately
Check plates at the pass for accuracy and presentation
Support servers and the kitchen during the rush
Busser
Clear and reset tables, restock stations, and keep the dining room guest-ready
What we’re looking for:
- Restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
- Warm, clear communicator in person and on the phone
- Stays positive and focused when it gets busy
- Quick learner who can pick up the menu and get orders right
- A team player who’s happy to pitch in wherever the floor needs them
- Available for lunch shifts and Friday/Saturday evenings
- Able to stand and walk for a full shift and carry trays and bus tubs
- California Food Handler card, or able to get one within 30 days
