Job Title: Host/Hostess

Reports To: Dining Room Manager/Food and Beverage Director

Summary:

As a Host or Hostess you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, and fast-paced environment to deliver the best dining experience to our residents guests within the community.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Promote and maintain a positive guest experience for all residents and visitors of the community dining venues
• Greets residents and guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Engages in friendly conversation as you seat residents and guests in a timely fashion
• Introduces residents and guests to their server as needed • Manages restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately seat all residents in the community as fast as possible and comfortably
• Maintains the flow of the dining venues while on shift
• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest as needed with assistance from the busser/food runner if applicable
• Always sincerely thanking residents and guests as they leave the dining venue
