Host/Hostess and Server Assistant

This is a Part Time Contract
2-3 shifts per week for 6 months
Requirements

Excellent communication
Be able to work cohesively in a team setting
Be able to focus attention on details and multi task
Strong organization and able to prioritize job duties
Must be available for three shifts per week, including 1 day on the weekend.
Must have valid Smart Serve Certification
Previous experience in food and beverage is an asset

Job Profile

Serve guests in a professional and timely manner
Delivering meals to Guests
Assist fellow partners as necessary
Setting tables in dining room
Restocking supplies in dining room
Polishing cutlery and glassware
Washing glassware
Perform cleaning duties back and front of the house
Interact with guests to promote a positive image of the property
Follow dining room standard operating procedures
