Key Responsibilities:

- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize table turnover

- Provide menus and answer questions about the restaurant’s offerings

- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station

- Support team members to deliver exceptional customer service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude

- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS systems is a plus
