  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and basic complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with restaurant supervisors and service staff regarding table availability and guest flow.
  • Maintain accurate reservation and guest records.
  • Ensure the reception and entrance areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Provide information about restaurant services, menu offerings, and operating hours when required.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly communicate concerns to the relevant team.
  • Follow company grooming, hygiene, and customer service standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Host/Hostess, preferably in 4 or 5-star hotels or established restaurants.
  • Experience in greeting guests, handling reservations, and managing seating arrangements.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Must have good spoken English and communicate confidently with guests.
  • Excellent grooming, personal hygiene, and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and organized during busy service periods.
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
  • Must have a valid Qatar ID.
  • Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate.
