Essential Functions:

• Reservations: Take dining reservations and manage guest seating.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests, guide them to their seats, and thank them as they leave.
• Team Coordination: Direct servers on guest needs and assist with special requests.
• Facility Maintenance: Inspect and help maintain dining areas and assist with pre-bussing and bussing tables.
• Side Work: Perform side work during shifts and maintain clean, stocked service areas.
