Host/Hostess – Mountain Creek

Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: Food & Beverage Manager

About Mountain Creek:

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.

How the Host/Hostess works with the Team:

Responsible for welcoming guests upon entry to our restaurants and escorting them to their table.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Schedules dining room reservations and arranges parties or special services for dinners
Assist cooks, wait staff and bartenders in maintaining station stock
Provide a positive employee experience, earned customer loyalty, mutual respect and continuously striving to be the best
Greet guests, escorts them to tables, and provide menus in an enthusiastic, professional
Maintain cleanliness of dining area and food stations
Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
