• Greeting Guests: Welcome Guests in person or phone in a friendly and timely manner. Providing a positive first impression
• Escorts Guests to their table or waiting area for To-GO and provide Menu and Special information
• Taking Orders: Take and Coordinate Orders by phone, online and in person
• Packaging TO-GO: May assemble food, drink and condiments in TO-GO containers
• Answering Phone: Responsible for incoming calls
• Managing Reservations: Manage the reservation system and prep tables for service time allotments
• Assists Front of House & Back of House when needed
• Maintains clean and organized tables, chairs, floors in foyer, patios, restaurant & bar areas
• Responsible for processing transactions on Point-of-Sale system
• Responsible for keeping up to date with ABC regulations and adhering to established policies and procedures regarding the handling and service of alcoholic beverages
• Adheres to all opening, closing, stocking and side work checklist and finishes them in a timely manner as to not hinder the service of the guests.
• Maintaining all necessary and/or required certifications and training, including ABC, Serve Safe and any other as required by HVLA.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma/GED, Minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training
