Part-Time Evening Shift Available

Job Overview: Applies high guest service standards. Directs restaurant patrons to their requested tables/locations. Provides information on restaurant to new patrons.

Illuminate Your Future: What You’ll Do:

• Greets and directs guests to requested tables/locations.
• Rearranges table configurations to accommodate guest needs.
• Interacts with guests by providing information on restaurants and specials and responding to guest inquiries.
• Assist in the cleaning of the front and back areas of the restaurant
• Occasionally assist with food running and bussing.

Job Requirements:

• 16 years of age or older
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service and create positive first
  impressions. Restaurant, hospitality, hotel, retail, or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to remain professional, courteous, and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, reservations, waitlists, and
  guest requests simultaneously. Knowledge of restaurant operations, dining room flow, and seating
  management practices preferred.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve concerns.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn reservation, waitlist, point-of-sale, and other hospitality-
  related systems. Experience using reservation, waitlist, or guest management systems preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with all restaurant team members.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special
  events.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming, food safety, and/or regulatory licenses and
  certifications, as applicable.
