Fast Paced. Great Food. Lots of Fun. Food & Beverage Support Staff wear many hats while supporting our restaurant’s service team to make sure our restaurant shines for our guests.
As a Host, you create a positive and helpful introduction to our guests’ dining experience. Managing reservations and seating flow while providing a second set of eyes on our guests to ensure they receive the attention and hospitality that they deserve. As a Food Runner, you support our Culinary team by ensuring our guests receive their orders in a timely manner. As a Busser, you support our servers in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will directly support servers, bartenders and managers with a variety of tasks to keep the restaurant humming. On occasion, you may assist our Catering team with private events & meetings.

What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact

Greet and seat guests
Providing accurate wait times and maintain wait lists
Manage reservations and coordinate with waitstaff regarding seating
Maintain flow of service
Remove used dishes from table and transport to dish area
Works closely with team members to maintain cleanliness of dining space and respond to guest requests
Clear and reset tables efficiently between guest visits.
Assist servers with food delivery and table service.
Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
Support the team during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with setting up dining areas before service
Monitor and restock service stations with necessary supplies (napkins, silverware, glasses).
Assist with cleaning tasks in the restaurant, including sweeping and mopping floors.
Help manage guest requests and respond promptly to team member or management requests.
Support opening and closing procedures, such as cleaning and organizing dining areas.
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow during busy periods.
Other tasks as assigned

What You Bring

Prior food service experience preferred
Basic computer literacy
The ability to read, write and speak English.
Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
Willingness to work long hours, irregular shifts, and on weekends and holidays.
The ability to provide an excellent level of customer service, even in stressful situations.
Standing and Walking: Remaining on your feet for extended periods, often up to 10 hours, to attend to guests and manage service areas
Stair Navigation: Moving between different levels of the establishment, which may involve climbing and descending stairs.
Bending and Squatting: Reaching down to set or clear tables, retrieving items from lower shelves.
Lifting: Carrying trays, dishes, or supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be comfortable working across a large resort property involving a significant amount of walking and transporting of supplies
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in challenging weather conditions
