What You’ll Do
- Welcome & Engage: Greet every guest with genuine warmth, engaging in friendly conversation while seating them promptly.
- Coordinate the Experience: Manage the restaurant waitlist during peak times to set accurate guest expectations.
- Communicate & Collaborate: Maintain clear communication with team members and managers to ensure efficient table use and guest seating.
- Reset & Refresh: Ensure vacant tables are sanitized and reset promptly to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
- Express Gratitude: Thank each guest as they leave, making them feel appreciated and encouraging their return.
- Be Prepared: Complete opening and closing duties to set the stage for an exceptional service experience.
