About the role

With more than 2 million members and over 1,400 clubs, Basic-Fit is the leader in fitness in Europe. In Spain, we are in full expansion, opening new centers with many opportunities for internal career growth.

Our Host at Basic-Fit is the first point of contact for our members. They welcome them with friendliness, courtesy, and warmth.

They ensure order and tranquility in the club and supervise the proper use of the equipment available to members. They assist current and prospective members with information about our services and facilities and provide informational and structural support.

The host always acts in accordance with Basic-Fit's core values.

What you'll do

Under the guidance of their manager, their main responsibilities include, among others:

-Welcome current and future members with enthusiasm and friendliness.
-Sell and advise, contributing to the achievement of set goals.
-Actively participate in the cleaning and maintenance of the club.
-Assist the club manager in their administrative tasks.
-Contribute to promotional activities carried out by the club manager.
-Ensure the safety, order, and tranquility of the club.

All with energy and a positive attitude to create the best atmosphere at Basic-Fit.

How you'll work

MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY: 9:00-14:00

THURSDAY: 9:00-13:00

SALARY: approx. 700 € Net (possibility of overtime)

PROFILE

Cheerful and professional, with a strong affinity for the world of sports and fitness.

A good communicator, both written and oral. Customer-oriented, with strong sales and interpersonal skills, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Able to be flexible and have good resilience to stress.

English is always an advantage.
