Snowmass Club is looking for a friendly, welcoming, and dependable Host who takes pride in creating exceptional first impressions for our members and guests. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and attentive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage restaurant seating efficiently while supporting the dining room team. This position plays an important role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience from the moment members and guests arrive.

✨ What You’ll Do

👋 Guest Welcome & Dining Room Operations

• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and manage the flow of guests into the dining room.

• Review daily reservations and assign appropriate tables.

• Welcome arriving and departing guests with a genuine smile and eye contact.

• Escort guests to their assigned dining areas, present menus, and introduce their server.

• Attend to members' special needs and requests.

• Remain attentive to guests' needs throughout their dining experience to ensure exceptional service.

📞 Communication & Member Service

• Answer incoming restaurant phone calls and provide friendly, professional assistance.

• Manage reservations for members across the Club's food and beverage outlets.

• Take and coordinate to-go orders.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials and communicate them accurately to members and guests.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills in all interactions.

🤝 Teamwork & Dining Room Support

• Promote a positive and professional restaurant culture.

• Support dining room staff by setting and clearing tables.

• Replenish water and assist with serving beverages.

• Communicate guest needs and requests to the appropriate team members.

• Anticipate service needs and take initiative to ensure guests receive timely and attentive service.

🧼 Safety & Sanitation

• Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to protect the establishment, members, guests, and team members.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host podium and surrounding areas.

• Understand and perform assigned responsibilities during emergency situations.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.
