Host

Water's Edge Resort and Spa is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Host to join our team. You must be able to multi-task and ensure that each guest has an overall excellent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a positive attitude.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating in computer system.
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest questions.
• Coordinate with servers and management to maintain smooth guest flow.
• Keep the entrance and host area clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service from arrival to departure.
• Assist waitstaff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
