How you will make an impact (Key responsibilities) :

1. Guest Reception & Seating

 Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression.

 Confirm reservations and manage walk-in guests efficiently.

 Escort guests to their tables and present menus promptly

 Maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover and guest flow.

2. Reservation & Queue Management

 Handle phone calls and online reservations accurately.

 Update and monitor reservation systems to avoid overbooking.

 Communicate estimated wait times to guests and manage waiting lists effectively.

 Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely table readiness.

3. Customer Service & Experience

 Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about menu, specials, and services.

 Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.

 Ensure guests feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.

 Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects brand standards.

4. Operational Support

 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.

 Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

 Monitor dining area for guest needs and assist with special requests.

 Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

 High school diploma or equivalent, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

 Ability to multitask and manage reservations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 Proficient in using reservation systems and basic computer applications.

 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
