Job Description Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a warm and professional manner. Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries. Ensure smooth coordination with the service team during daily operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Provide personalized service in accordance with hotel standards. Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when necessary. Promote restaurant offerings and support upselling opportunities. Ensure compliance with grooming, hygiene, and safety standards. Job Requirements Minimum secondary education or equivalent. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality. Familiarity with reservation platforms and POS systems is an advantage. Basic knowledge of hotel operations and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. Professional attitude with attention to quality, creativity, and innovation
