The Role

As our Front of House Receptionist, you're the first face our guests see and the last one they remember. You set the tone for every visit with a warm welcome, smooth seating and a great first impression. On busy nights you keep the door calm, organised and moving, even when there's a queue out the front.

Schedule & Location:

• Work Hours: 9 hours shift + 1 hour break.
• Work days: 6 days per week.
• Location: Bur Dubai

Skills

What You'll Do:

• Greet every guest with energy and a genuine smile
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and the waiting list, by phone, online and in person
• Seat guests efficiently and balance sections across the floor team
• Keep guests informed about wait times and look after them while they wait
• Answer calls and handle enquiries, bookings and takeaway orders
• Coordinate closely with servers, runners and managers so tables turn smoothly
• Handle special requests, celebrations and large group bookings
• Deal with guest concerns calmly and pass them on to a manager when needed
• Keep the entrance and host stand tidy, welcoming and well organised

Requirements:

• GENDER: FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurants.
• Profile: Hindi/Urdu speaking preffered
• Availability: Must be ready to join in a week (Own Visa will be advantage)
• CANDIDATE MUST BE IN DUBAI ALREADY
