Lombardi Family Concepts is bringing the Victory Tap experience to Dallas, and we’re building an all-star team from the ground up.
We’re looking for Hosts who are energetic, welcoming, organized, and passionate about creating an exceptional first impression for every guest.
If you love interacting with people, thrive in a high-energy environment, and understand that hospitality begins the moment a guest walks through the door, we want you on our opening team.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly, and genuine attitude
- Create an exceptional first and last impression for every guest
- Manage guest seating and table rotation efficiently
- Accurately manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments
- Provide accurate wait-time estimates and communicate updates to guests
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when appropriate
- Answer phones and respond to guest questions professionally
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, management, and kitchen staff
- Monitor dining room flow and help maintain balanced sections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready host stand
- Assist with menus, table settings, and other front-of-house needs
- Anticipate guest needs and assist throughout the dining experience
- Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, outgoing, and genuinely welcoming personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong attention to detail
