Hostess ( Saudi )

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Hostess to join our hospitality team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring seamless dining experiences. This role is essential to our restaurant's success, requiring exceptional organizational skills, genuine hospitality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service aligned with our brand standards.

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism, setting the tone for their dining experience
• Manage guest seating, table allocations, and dining flow efficiently based on reservations and walk-in guests
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, special events, seating arrangements, and individual guest preferences
• Coordinate seamlessly with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and timely guest accommodations
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary
• Manage reservation systems accurately, including guest details, seating plans, and preference notes
• Confirm reservation information and communicate updates promptly with relevant team members
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and special requests
• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting host stand and reception area throughout all service periods
• Perform side duties including menu preparation, table resets, and entrance area maintenance
• Uphold all health, safety, hygiene, and company service standards consistently
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment through effective communication and mutual support
• Remain calm, attentive, and organized during busy service periods while managing multiple priorities

• Preferably 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role or hospitality environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related education is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable
• Confident, welcoming, and professional personality with a genuine passion for guest service
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proven ability to remain calm, composed, and attentive during high-pressure service periods
• Proficiency with reservation and point-of-sale systems
• Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and grooming standards in line with brand expectations
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
• Demonstrated empathy and active listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Saudi nationality preferred
