What you'll do

📝 Main Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service to guests, ensuring an exceptional welcome experience from their arrival to their departure.
• Monitor the facilities, equipment, and property of the establishment.
• Control, store, and transport guests' luggage within the hotel premises or at the entrance.
• Collaborate in maintaining order and cleanliness in the reception and concierge areas.
• Monitor the facilities and report any incidents to the corresponding department.
• Control the entry and exit of objects, merchandise, suppliers, and personnel.

What we're looking for

🔑 Position Requirements

• An organized and proactive person capable of prioritizing based on needs.
• Be a proactive, friendly, respectful person with a desire to make guests feel at home.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Know how to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a calm and efficient attitude, even during peak demand times.
• An advanced level of English is essential. A second language is a plus.
• Teamwork.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with international hotel chains.
• Additional certifications in [related topics, e.g., sustainable tourism, hotel management].
