Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales.

• Ensure compliance with Marriott Hotels brand standards and procedures.

• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and revenue goals.

• Hire, train, and supervise hotel staff.

• Maintain high guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hotel management experience.

• Strong leadership and operational management skills.

• Experience with Marriott brand systems preferred.
