Location: The Lodge of Four Seasons, Lake Ozark, MO, 65049

Job Description:

The Hotel Guest Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. This includes cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, changing linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and restocking amenities. The Guest Room Attendant must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to prioritize tasks in order to meet the needs of guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Change linens and make beds
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors
• Restock amenities such as towels, soap, and shampoo
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Assist guests with requests and questions
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
