Overview: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering Department. This position will rotate between managed properties. Responsibilities:
- Maintain guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in excellent condition
- Respond to maintenance requests and property emergencies
- Perform repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, wall coverings, caulking, grouting, and masonry
- Conduct inspections to identify repair needs
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists
