Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

At Intelier Hotels & Suites, we need to hire a hotel maintenance supervisor for our Hotel Intelier Malvarrosa Plaza, in Valencia. We are looking for a person with experience and technical training in integral facility maintenance, to integrate into a project in the midst of an operational consolidation process, contributing to ensuring the correct functioning of the facilities and the best experience for our guests. They will work under the supervision of the maintenance manager, actively collaborating in the planning and monitoring of the area's tasks, ensuring the correct state of the facilities and contributing to the coordination of the hotel's maintenance activities.

Perform preventive, corrective, and conductive maintenance of the hotel facilities. Execute electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and masonry work, among other specialties. Detect, diagnose, and resolve technical faults and incidents, guaranteeing the correct functioning of the facilities. Perform periodic inspections and collaborate in the preparation of rooms, common areas, and event spaces. Control the condition of tools, materials, and work equipment. Ensure the conservation of the facilities, guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations and established technical procedures.
