¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

The Hotel Manager at Barceló Hotel & Residences Bahrain is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong focus on operational excellence and brand integrity.

Job Responsibilities**

* Lead, manage, and motivate all hotel departments to ensure efficient and effective operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and sales.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial targets, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
* Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through proactive service delivery, prompt resolution of guest issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with all local regulations, company policies, and brand standards across all operational areas.
* Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Manage hotel budgets, financial forecasts, and capital expenditure planning.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, suppliers, and local community representatives.
* Implement and maintain robust health, safety, and security protocols for guests and employees.
* Represent the hotel at industry events and community functions as required.

What are we looking for?

* Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, with at least 3-5 years as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a reputable 4-star or 5-star hotel.
* Demonstrated strong financial acumen with a proven track record of achieving budgetary goals and driving profitability.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
* Extensive knowledge of all hotel operating departments, including front office, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
* Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage.
* Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of local market dynamics and cultural sensitivities in Bahrain.
