About the Role

A reputable hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, and maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Supervise staff, prepare duty rosters, and support recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Handle guest complaints, enquiries, and feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, occupancy, budgets, inventory, and cost control.
• Ensure hotel facilities, rooms, and public areas meet cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Monitor operational performance and recommend strategies to improve bookings and profitability.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular operational reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
• Proven experience supervising staff and coordinating hotel operations.
• Knowledge of front office operations, housekeeping, guest relations, and hotel service standards.
• Experience with hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of budgeting, revenue monitoring, inventory management, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
