About the Role

Cheaper Beta Enterprises is seeking an experienced and proactive Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of its growing Beach Apartment Hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, efficient operations, and high service standards across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate staff across all departments.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, complaints, and overall satisfaction.
• Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, security, and facility operations.
• Ensure rooms and hotel facilities are maintained to high standards.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and occupancy levels.
• Monitor operational costs, inventory, income, and expenses.
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and discipline.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in hotel or hospitality management.
• Proven experience managing a hotel, resort, apartment hotel, or similar facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, housekeeping, and facility management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and inventory control.
• Computer literacy and experience with hotel management or booking systems is an advantage.
• Must be organized, proactive, responsible, and customer-focused.
