About the role
We need to hire receptionists for our Hotels in Madrid. The selected individuals will be responsible for performing the basic tasks derived from the hotel receptionist position, such as:
Check-in/out, Customer service, Reservations, Telephone assistance, and Night audit.
We are looking for people with experience or recent Tourism graduates, customer-oriented, dynamic, responsible, and with good interpersonal skills (the latter must demonstrate at least internship experience in a reception position).
What we're looking for
Availability required for shift work
Minimum experience: At least 1 year
Must reside in: Province of the vacant position
Education & certifications
Minimum studies: Higher Level Vocational Training - Hospitality and Tourism
