Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and service-driven Hotel Restaurant Floor Manager for a prestigious wine farm in Stellenbosch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant floor operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
  

• Lead, supervise and motivate the front-of-house team.
  

• Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback professionally.
  

• Manage staff schedules, floor allocations and service briefings.
  

• Maintain high standards of restaurant presentation, cleanliness and hygiene.
  

• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and management teams.
  

• Monitor service standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  

• Assist with staff training, development and performance management.
  

• Ensure that all restaurant operations run efficiently and professionally.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Restaurant Floor Manager or senior Front of House role.
  

• Experience within a luxury hotel, restaurant or wine estate environment would be advantageous.
  

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  

• A passion for food, wine and exceptional guest experiences.
  

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  

• Professional presentation and a hands-on approach.
