Key Responsibilities System Transition & Process Implementation
Support S/4 HANA transition and UAT testing.
Implement error-proofing measures.
Assist with onboarding and deployment of new operational processes.
Participate in special projects and coordinate implementation of warehouse management and provide technology solutions for problem-solving
FG Operations Management
Support daily TFG operations.
Ensure operational KPIs, Micron 6Sstandards, and compliance requirements are achieved.
Monitor SAP order release status and prioritize shipment execution according to operational capacity.
Shipment Execution & SAP Reporting
Manage finished goods inbound and outbound shipments according to SOPs.
Generate and validate SAP reports.

Urgent / NPI / Pilot Shipment Support
Handle urgent, NPI, and pilot shipments.
Participate in new operational process discussions.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for new systems and processes.
Emergency Response
Execute OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan) and BCP (Business Continuity Plan) activities.
Respond to environmental and safety incidents such as temperature/humidity excursions, water leakage, and earthquakes.
Prepare environmental and shipment safety reports following emergency events.
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Coordinate with vendors and Facilities teams to ensure PM and procurement activities are completed on schedule.
Maintain PM records in ETO Web, if required.
Support audit and quality compliance requirements.
Inventory Control
Validate inventory accuracy and cycle count results.
Complete SOX-related inventory controls and approval requirements.

System Support & IT Coordination
Troubleshoot SAP and printer-related issues.
Coordinate with IT and other support teams to resolve operational system problems.

Audit, CAPA & Continuous Improvement
Lead line audits and process improvement initiatives.
Participate in root-cause investigations for recurring issues.
Lead shift team members in developing and implementing CAPA reports when required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Semiconductor manufacturing or logistics experience is highly preferred.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Team-oriented mindset and a strong sense of urgency. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in Warehouse operations
