SUPERVISOR: Student Athletics Director

SUMMARY: Provide support to the school’s coaches and Athletics Department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following tasks describe the basic functions of the job. The following frequencies and percentage of time spent are approximations only.

  • Maintain the athletic department master schedule of all home and away events and coordinate the schedule with Cherry Creek School District’s master schedule. [Daily, 20%]
  • Schedule event management personnel (box office, ticket takers, concession stand personnel, scorekeepers, clock operators, etc.). [Daily, 20%]
  • Assist the athletic director with tracking the athletic department budget. [Daily, 20%]
  • Complete purchase orders for signature. [Daily, 20%]
  • Assisting the athletic director with athletic eligibility forms. [Daily, 15%]
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. [Daily, 5%]

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic interpersonal skills.
  • Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:

All certifications, licenses, and registrations must be valid and unexpired.
