Now Hiring: Hourly Night-Time Manager

Hours: 2:00 PM - 9:30 PM (Up to 5 shifts per week)
Availability: Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

Are you a dependable, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment? We're looking for a Night-Time Hourly Manager who ensures our restaurant runs just as smoothly as if the GM were on-site.

What You'll Do:
- Lead evening operations with consistency and professionalism
- Demonstrates good work ethic while maintaining good company morale
- Ensure all team members follow Kneaders policies and procedures
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with employees-this is not a "sit back and watch" role
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining a collaborative environment
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, even during high-volume hours
- Support and communicate with other members of the team
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service
