About Our Family
We are a warm, active, and fun-loving family with a busy household and a great sense of humor! Our days are filled with school pickups, sports practices, hosting friends and family, and all the wonderful chaos that comes with raising two children at very different stages of life. We love being social, spending time together, and creating a home where everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and cared for.
We both have demanding careers and work primarily from home or nearby. We value organization, thoughtful systems, and having a household that runs smoothly. Between our busy schedules, multiple properties, and love of entertaining, there are plenty of moving pieces! We already have a wonderful household team in place, including a cleaner, a caregiver for an aging family member who lives with us, and a longtime nanny/housekeeper. We're looking for someone who can help bring all those pieces together, keep things organized, and make everyday life a little easier.
Our 10-year-old is passionate about sports and activities and thrives with someone who is confident, kind, and brings a calm, grounded presence. We also have a baby girl who has completely stolen our hearts! We value caregivers who lead with empathy, communicate confidently, and genuinely enjoy connecting with children at different ages and stages.
Above all, we're looking for someone who wants to become a valued part of our household team. We aren't looking for someone to simply check boxes off a list. We want someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating order out of the everyday chaos, and finds joy in helping a busy family thrive.
Who You Are and What We're Looking For
You are the glue that holds it all together! A true jack or jill of all trades, you can wear 20 hats in a day and wear each one well. You thrive in a busy, dynamic household, love variety, and know how to keep things running smoothly without needing constant direction.
You are proactive, organized, confident, and resourceful. You anticipate needs, take ownership, communicate clearly, and bring a calm, positive energy to even the busiest days. You genuinely enjoy children, and hands-on infant care experience is a must. Experience in estate management or overseeing multiple properties would be a huge plus!
You are comfortable coordinating with household staff, managing vendors, handling schedules, and representing the family with professionalism and warmth. You are fluent in English, adaptable, and comfortable shifting priorities as the day unfolds.
Most importantly, you have a great sense of humor, take pride in your work, and love making life easier for the families you support. You don't just manage tasks — you make the whole household better!
