About Our Family
We’re a warm, active family who recently moved to the suburbs and are excited to make our house truly feel like home. We love being outside, spending time together, and creating a home that feels comfortable, organized, and welcoming.
We have a sweet, curious toddler who keeps us moving. Mom is home with our son during the day, while Dad works from home and travels regularly. With a growing family and plenty happening at home, we’re looking for someone who can make everyday life feel a little lighter.
Our spacious home is a busy and welcoming environment, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for a home and has a particular passion for organization. This person will take the lead in creating and maintaining thoughtful, practical systems that keep each space tidy, functional, and easy for the family to navigate. Along with hands-on support such as laundry, dishes, meal prep, tidying, and restocking, this role involves organizing closets, pantries, storage areas, and household supplies. It’s about bringing lasting order, care, and ease to the home so family life runs more smoothly.
We’re also looking for someone who genuinely enjoys toddlers. Our son loves being outside, exploring, attending classes, and trying new things. Afternoons can be especially full, and having someone who can step in, play, take him to an activity, or simply give Mom a chance to reset would make a meaningful difference.
Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who can become a trusted, valued part of our household — warm, capable, proactive, and genuinely excited to help our family thrive.
Who You Are / What We’re Looking For
You’re warm, dependable, proactive, and naturally helpful. You notice what needs to be done without waiting to be asked — whether that’s tackling the dishes, getting laundry put away, organizing a closet, restocking the pantry, or creating a system that keeps things running smoothly.
You genuinely enjoy childcare and feel comfortable with toddlers. You’re playful, engaged, and willing to get down on the floor, head outside, join an activity, or simply be present with a little one. You understand and respect our parenting approach, and are thoughtful about supporting the way we do things as a family.
Professionalism matters to us, too. You’re punctual, trustworthy, reliable, and communicative. You are professional, while still being a warm presence in the home, accept feedback with ease, and are comfortable asking questions or sharing ideas.
Most of all, you’re excited to help. You take pride in making a family's life run more smoothly — whether that means finally organizing a closet, prepping dinner, folding toddler laundry, or taking a little one to class so Mom can have some uninterrupted time.
If you love the combination of household organization, family support, and meaningful childcare, we’d love to meet you.
