Housekeeper

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented team member who takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

In this role, you will help ensure our properties remain clean, organized, and fully guest-ready while working closely with operations and guest experience teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and service-minded, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. This position is essential to keeping Brightwild properties operating smoothly and delivering the level of hospitality our guests expect.

Responsibilities

• Prepare properties for guest arrivals by cleaning and organizing living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms
• Restock linens, guest amenities, and supplies to maintain property standards
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damages, or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
• Ensure each property meets Brightwild quality and presentation standards before guest check-in
• Maintain organized supply areas, storage rooms, and housekeeping equipment
• Support laundry operations when needed (washing, drying, folding, organizing linens)
• Assist with guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while performing daily duties
• Work collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and guest experience teams
