The Stilley House — Senior Living by Allegro — is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our warm, close-knit senior living community. With a consistent Monday–Friday day shift and flexible hours — this is a housekeeping role that respects your time outside of work.
What You'll Do:

Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, and community spaces to the highest standard
Ensure all areas are consistently fresh, clean, and welcoming for residents, families, and visitors
Follow infection control and sanitation protocols throughout every shift
Restock supplies and report maintenance concerns as needed
Be a warm, respectful presence to residents and families throughout your shift

What You Bring:

Prior housekeeping or custodial experience — preferred
Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness
Dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in a job done right
Warm, professional demeanor around residents and families

The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in as well as to clean occupied apartments on a weekly basis or as scheduled, follow the cleaning schedule outlined for the cleaning of the common areas of the Community, and assure that the highest degree of cleanliness is always maintained.
Areas of Responsibility

Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using Company Checklist. Report any problem areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Clean occupied apartments, respite and guest apartments as scheduled using Company Checklist. Report any problem areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested by the Housekeeping Supervisor. Keep inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate supply. Report items needed to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized. Clean lint from dryer lint traps daily and clean area behind washer & dryer equipment weekly.

Required Qualifications

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Should be familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuums, spray bottles, and with the safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum one (1) year housekeeping experience preferred.
