About the role

Housekeepers are sought for the Hotel Servigroup Galua, preferably those residing in the area.

What you'll do

Job objectives.

Increase customer satisfaction by offering good service.

Customer orientation and resolution of unforeseen situations that may arise.

Follow the established cleaning protocols.

Main Functions / Tasks.

Housekeeping service. Carry out the daily cleaning of rooms.

Prepare materials and textile items.

Management indicators.

Customer satisfaction.

Reduction of waiting times in room delivery.

Public and noble areas service. Maintain order and hygiene in the assigned areas.

Linen and laundry service.

Organization – Relationship with

They are part of the hotel organizational chart, reporting to their department head (head housekeeper).

What we're looking for
