Position Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff throughout the Ridgecrest Village community. This role plays a vital part in supporting residents' quality of life and enhancing their daily experience through exceptional housekeeping services.

Essential Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, offices, and public spaces according to established standards.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish housekeeping and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs promptly.
• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
• Assist with apartment turnover cleaning and special projects as assigned.
• Interact with residents, families, and coworkers in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner.
• Support a positive, welcoming atmosphere throughout the community.
