General Summary:

Performing basic cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for guests. This entry-level position focuses on routine cleaning tasks under direct supervision, following established policies and safety standards.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including rooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors, windows, walls, balconies, and furniture.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, and toilet paper.
• Remove trash and recyclables; dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage of chemicals and supplies.
• Assist with laundry duties (if applicable), including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
• Respond courteously to guest or staff requests for additional cleaning or assistance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
