Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Galloway Twp, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience in Assisted Living Housekeeping and be committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in resident rooms and common areas.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Change bed linens and assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Dispose of trash and maintain proper waste management procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations specific to assisted living facilities.
• Provide respectful and compassionate service to residents, maintaining their privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Assisted Living Housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
