6th Avenue Senior Living is looking for a reliable, conscientious, and caring Full-Time Housekeeper / Environmental Services Aide to join our team.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Environmental Services team, you will help keep resident rooms and community spaces clean, comfortable, and inviting. Responsibilities include:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping resident rooms and common areas

• Dusting and cleaning surfaces throughout the community

• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including sinks, showers, tubs, and toilets

• Emptying trash and replacing liners

• Cleaning mirrors, interior windows, and other surfaces

• Changing bedding and assisting with mattress care as needed

• Moving light furniture as necessary to thoroughly clean resident spaces

• Cleaning offices, common areas, and resident care spaces

• Restocking supplies and helping maintain an organized work environment

• Taking special care around residents' personal belongings to help prevent items from being lost or misplaced

• Working alongside other team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the community

• Reporting maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns when identified

• Able to successfully complete required background checks and company training

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience is helpful, but a great attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
