About the Role

YellowDoor Hotels is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a consistently excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Change linens and restock guest amenities and supplies.
• Complete room turnovers efficiently within the 30-minute target.
• Inspect rooms before sign-off and promptly address missed details.
• Report maintenance and repair issues identified during cleaning.
• Keep work areas organized and coordinate effectively with team members.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and hotel protocols consistently.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of housekeeping, hotel, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality under time pressure.
• Good physical stamina for active shifts.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Ability to follow established procedures and protocols.
• Good teamwork and basic guest communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Good personal hygiene and professional presentation.
