Housekeepg Manager

We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive House Manager to become an important
part of our busy family home.
We are a household of five (three adults and two teenagers) living in a warm, respectful
environment. We also own several businesses, including food and hospitality ventures, which
means life is full, fast-paced, and always interesting. We love cooking, good food, and keeping
our home welcoming for both family and frequent guests.
This role is much more than cleaning. We’re looking for someone who takes genuine pride in
creating a calm, organized, and beautifully maintained home where everything runs smoothly
without constant direction.
This role requires strong time management, attention to detail, inventory management skills, and
the ability to work independently while coordinating with household members.

What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of the daily running of the household, including:
● Maintaining a consistently clean, tidy, and welcoming home.
● Caring for all bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, laundry areas, terraces, and
outdoor entryways.
● Managing household laundry, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and putting
clothing and linens in their designated spaces.
● Preparing one nutritious family meal each day using available ingredients whenever
possible, while helping manage grocery and ingredient needs.
● Keeping the kitchen spotless, dishes washed and put away, and appliances and work
surfaces clean.
● Organizing and maintaining the refrigerator, pantry, and household food supplies,
including monitoring freshness, rotating stock, and receiving deliveries.
● Helping coordinate groceries, household supplies, and cleaning products so the home is
always well stocked.
● Completing regular deep-cleaning tasks, including floors, bathrooms, dusting,
vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
● Caring for indoor plants and assisting with light outdoor sweeping and general
presentation of the property.
● Noticing what needs attention before being asked and taking initiative to solve everyday
household problems.
