Housekeeping Associate | Holiday Inn Express & Suites South Bend, IN (JSK Hospitality)

We’re looking for reliable Housekeeping Associates who take pride in clean, well-prepared guest rooms. You’ll work as part of a small, supportive team that keeps our Holiday Inn Express property running smoothly every day. If you like steady work, clear expectations, and a team that backs each other up, this is a good fit.
Responsibilities
- Clean and refresh guest rooms to Holiday Inn Express brand standards (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, amenities)
- Strip dirty linen and remove trash
- Restock amenities and supplies
- Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items right away
- Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures
- Keep your cart and storage areas clean and organized
- Meet daily room productivity standards
- Help with public areas or laundry when needed
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and attention to detail
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience
- Experience with limited-service or Holiday Inn Express brand standards
