Due to increased business, we are looking for someone to join our team at Novotel Ipswich, UK.

You must live in the UK.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring guests have a clean, comfortable space and helping create a memorable experience.

What you will be doing:
Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
Take initiative to add a personalised experience for the guest
Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service

Fully Flexible

16 to 30 hours

As wee are a hotel we are open 24/7 so you must be able to work week days and also weekends on a rota basis

Zero-hour contract

Your experience and skills include:
Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
Excellent organizational skills and time management

We are currently owned by Fairview Hotels which we run under the Accor brand.
