At HM Hotels, a Mallorcan hotel chain with 23 establishments in Mallorca, Tenerife, Dominican Republic, and Mexico, we are looking for a housekeeping attendant for our HM Balanguera Beach 4* hotel, located in Playa de Palma

What you'll do

Cleaning and setting up rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to the hotel's quality standards.

Changing bed linen and towels and restocking amenities.

Checking the condition of the rooms and communicating any issues to the corresponding department.

Maintaining order and cleanliness in the assigned common areas.

Management and control of cleaning materials and products necessary for the performance of their duties.

Compliance with the hygiene, safety, and sustainability protocols established by the company.

Attending to the basic needs of guests related to housekeeping services.

Collaboration with reception, maintenance, and the head housekeeper to ensure correct customer service.

Other tasks inherent to the position.

What we're looking for

- Availability to work weekends and holidays.

- Immediate start. Previous experience as a housekeeping attendant or in similar positions

- Ability to perform physical tasks inherent to the position

- Availability to work in shifts according to service needs

- Valid work permit

- Responsible, organized person with attention to detail

- Ability to work in a team and service orientation

Nice to have

- Previous experience in holiday hotels.

- Knowledge of hotel cleaning and quality standards.

- Experience in cleaning common areas and rooms.

- Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

- Flexible hours.

What you'll get

- Temporary contract for substitution due to medical leave.

- Morning shifts according to service planning.

- Full-time employment of 40 hours per week.

- Two days off per week according to planning.
