What you'll do
You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and order of rooms and common areas on your assigned floor, following our high standards of quality and hygiene.
You will organize the linen room on your floor and communicate the needs for linen, products, and other materials to guarantee daily service.
You will detect and report any anomaly or incident that may affect the comfort of our guests or the operation of the hotel.
You will responsibly care for the master key, ensuring its correct and safe use.
You will be an ambassador of our image, conveying the chain's values at all times.
