What You Will Do

Housekeeping Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to Marriott brand standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and deep clean guest rooms and bathrooms
• Inspect rooms to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met
• Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and hospitality

Laundry Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and terry
• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and laundry equipment
• Sort and process bedding, towels, and housekeeping supplies
• Maintain clean and organized laundry facilities
• Monitor linen inventory and report shortages
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, laundry, hotel, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
