    • Create/adjust daily room boards by occupancy, VIPs, stayovers/turns, and early arrivals.

    • Update PMS room status (clean/dirty/inspected/OOO/OOI) and reconcile discrepancies with Front Office.

  • Dispatch & Guest Requests

    • Answer phones/radios; log, assign, and follow up on guest requests (amenities, cribs, rollaways, deliveries) and service recovery items.

    • Track response/closure times and communicate priorities to supervisors.

  • Work Orders & Coordination

    • Enter and follow up on maintenance tickets in CMMS (e.g., HotSOS/Quore); verify completion before releasing rooms.

  • Inventory, Linen & Outsource Partners

    • Maintain pars and reorder points for linens, amenities, chemicals, and uniforms; stage daily pulls.

    • Track linen flows (soiled/clean/rejects/rag-outs) and liaise with on-site or outsourced laundry vendors.

  • Records & Reporting

    • Keep accurate logs: lost & found, keys, DNDs/refusals, vendor/service logs, deep-clean/PM schedules, safety checklists.

    • Produce daily/weekly dashboards (productivity/credits, re-clean rate, OOO impact, guest request SLAs).

  • Scheduling & Admin Support

    • Assist with timekeeping, PTO requests, new-hire onboarding checklists, training records, and policy acknowledgments.

    • Prepare inspection packets and audit binders for brand/QA and safety reviews.

  • Compliance & Safety

    • Uphold OSHA, SDS/chemical handling, PPE, key-control, privacy/DND, and Lost & Found policies; escalate incidents promptly.

  • Cross-Department Communication
